We do our very best to establish clear and transparent communication between our customers and our Cleaners. Our Cancellation Policy below outlines the terms and conditions under which a customer can cancel a product or service purchase.

Cancellation timeframe: A customer can cancel the purchase of a service or product within 24 hours or before shipment.
Cancellation fees: The charges associated with cancellation may include restocking fees and processing fees for our products, and .
Refund process: Refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days by original payment method.
Exceptions: The circumstances where cancellation might not be possible include custom orders, digital products, late cancellation notice, excessive or fraudulent cancellations.

Our Cleaners are not part of our Customer Support team and cannot initiate or promise cancellation requests or refund requests.
