Eligibility for refunds: Customers who are dissatisfied with their products and services are eligible for a full or partial refund.

Refund timeframe: We require a 24 hour notice to Customer Support for refund requests.

Refund methods: Refunds will be submitted either by credits, replacements, or original payment method.

Return shipping: We will cover the return shipping fee, if applicable.

Product condition: Returned products are required to be in unused, original packaging.

Exceptions: Circumstances where refunds might not be possible (e.g., digital products, custom orders, requests made after the 24 hour notice period, too many refund requests, or fraudulent requests). Our team may require photos to initiate refund requests.

Our Cleaners are not part of our Customer Support team and cannot initiate or promise refunds upon our behalf. Please be advised, we cannot issue a refund if our Customer Support team did not receive the request directly.
